| Detailed reason(s) for cessation | Mr Tan Chue Chin ("Mr Tan") will cease his position as the Acting Chief Financial Officer ("Acting CFO") of the Company, due to personal reasons. Mr Tan is currently serving his notice period and his last day of employment is on 10 May 2026. He will work closely with the senior management and the finance team to ensure an orderly and smooth transition. There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Tan and there are no disagreements between Mr Tan and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting. |
