- 130,507 ordinary shares held by Victoria Park (1976) Pte. Ltd. by virtue of his controlling interests in Victoria Park (1976) Pte. Ltd..

To the best knowledge of the Company and based on information provided to the Company as at 17 June 2025, approximately 47.89% of the issued and paid-up shares of the Company are held in the hands of the public.
