3. 130,507 shares held by Victoria Park (1976) Pte. Ltd. by virtue of his controlling interests in Victoria Park (1976) Pte. Ltd..

To the best knowledge of the Company and based on information provided to the Company as at 18 June 2024, approximately 48.46% of the issued and paid-up shares of the Company are held in the hands of the public. Accordingly, the Company has complied with Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
