| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Ms Lee Li Huang ("Ms Lee") had tendered her resignation as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Company Secretary of the Company to pursue other interests. Ms Lee is currently serving her notice period and her last day of employment is on 28 February 2023. She will work closely with the senior management and the finance team to ensure an orderly and smooth transition. There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Ms Lee and there are no disagreements between Ms Lee and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting. |
