| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Ms Ang Lay Kheng ("Ms Ang") will cease her position as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Company Secretary of the Company, due to personal reasons. Ms Ang is currently serving her notice period and her last day of employment is on 16 September 2025. She will work closely with the senior management and the finance team to ensure an orderly and smooth transition. There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Ms Ang and there are no disagreements between Ms Ang and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting. |
